About Me…

family with chronic illness

Hi there! I’m Christina, a licensed clinical social worker, wife, and mom of two incredible kids. My life took an unexpected turn when my husband was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses, and I found myself navigating the challenging role of being both a spouse and a caregiver. Along the way, I’ve learned so much about the importance of self-care, resilience, and finding joy in the midst of difficult circumstances.

As a mom, my heart also goes out to my children and other kids who have a parent living with chronic illness. I’ve seen firsthand the unique struggles they face, and I’m passionate about providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive.

That’s why I started this blog – to create a space where I can share my experiences, insights, and strategies with others who are on a similar journey. Whether you’re a caregiver, a partner, a parent, or someone living with chronic illness yourself, my hope is that you’ll find encouragement, validation, and practical tips here.

When I’m not working or writing, you can usually find me behind my camera lens, capturing the beauty and joy in everyday moments. I also love traveling with my family and creating lasting memories together, no matter what challenges we may be facing.

So, welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to connect with you.
